I am writing this reference letter for Michelle McGill, the REAL Broker Realtor who helped me at every turn to buy the house that I bought with all of her considerable knowledge and advice. Since I am a first time home buyer, I never realized how incredibly complex the purchase of a house could possibly be. However, Michelle smoothed out all of the rough edges, explained all the intricate legal angles, so that I could purchase of the house with the least number of issues. Michelle qualifies as a very conscientious realtor who leaves no stones unturned where her clients are concerned. I would recommend her to any first-time home buyer who doesn't know anything about the hopelessly complicated and soul-crushing experience they may find themselves tangled up in when they embark on such a Herculean venture. Were it not for Michelle, I would never have been able to buy this house as easily as I did. She was always available to answer all of my hopelessly ignorant questions that this first-time home owner could conjure up. She guided us though this terrible ordeal like a shepherd leading its flock through a landscape teeming with wolves. Mind you, it is an experience that I shall never forget.
